Sala suddhavasa is an internal arts centre that offers yoga, taichi, chi gong and meditation. The idea behind sala suddhavasa was to provide true teachings to those wishing to experience or immerse themselves in these internal arts, in the idyllic surroundings of Phuket Thailand, with teachers that have dedicated their lives to keeping these arts true, while spending time with other like - minded practitioners.
One on one and group retreats are offered throughout the year.
